About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain core features and infrastructure that power our innovative products. You will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and optimize frontend applications utilizing JavaScript frameworks.
• Engineer and manage multi-tenant backend services ensuring atomic, scalable, and efficient database interactions with real-time responsiveness where applicable.
• Construct scalable and efficient RESTful APIs for robust client-server interactions.
• Debug, optimize, and performance tune applications, adhering to best practices for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers on technical specifications and implementation details.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of Fullstack experience.
• Proficiency in React and frameworks such as NextJS and NestJS.
• Knowledge working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL etc
• Familiarity with DevSecOps platforms such as Github, experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Understanding of data security, authentication and API security best practices
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teammates.

Plus Points

• Experience with containerization such as Docker.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform.
• Experience with Elixir, especially with the Phoenix Framework.
