Senior Accounts Executive/ Accounts Manager

  • Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Handle taxation matters including corporate tax, SST, and LHDN submissions.
  • Handle e-invoice implementation and submission.
  • Work closely with the company secretary on statutory filings and corporate governance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and other external parties.
  • Lead or support year-end closing and annual audit processes.
  • Manage issuance and records of purchase orders and monitor timely payments and receivables.
  • Implement and improve internal processes, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Manage and supervisor the accounts team.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 5 years experience in Accounting and relevant field.
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin due to work nature.
  • Able to work under stress.
  • High Level of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Able to start immdiately will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
