Job Description

  1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  2. Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.

  3. Support in compliance monitoring and maintaining regulatory records.

  4. Assist in preparing meeting minutes, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

  5. Assist in managing and organising legal files, correspondence, documentation and filing systems.

  6. Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.

  7. Perform administrative tasks related to legal work and provide general support to the legal team.

  8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

  2. Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.

  3. Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.

  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Malay

  6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1, RM1,200.00 per month
