Key Responsibilities:

After-Sales Service Administration

  • Coordinate job scheduling for service engineers and technicians.
  • Prepare service reports, job sheets, and customer feedback documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring service progress and follow up with customers for job completion.
  • Handle service-related documentation such as warranty claims, service agreements, and billing coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer history, and parts usage.
  • Provide administrative support for training, meetings, and departmental reporting.

Warehouse Administration

  • Manage incoming and outgoing spare parts and tools according to company SOPs.
  • Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as GRN (Goods Received Note), DO (Delivery Order), and stock transfer forms.
  • Support parts issuance to service engineers and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment and shipment tracking.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in service administration, warehouse, or related fields (preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
