Position: Sales Executive

(Experienced Candidates Minimum 2 Years in Sales)

Location: ZOS Office, Kajang

Type: Full-time

Working hours : pm

A) Earnings & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM 2,250 / month
  • Commission Rate: Up to 5% (No cap the more you achieve, the more you earn)
  • Meal Allowance: RM 100
  • SOCSO & EPF provided

C) Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Present and promote ZOS office rental solutions to businesses.
  • Conduct live sessions on social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to attract prospects.
  • Manage your own client pipeline, follow up, and close deals.
  • Meet monthly sales KPI and report performance to management.

D) We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (real estate, retail, or service industry preferred).
  • Confident speaking on camera comfortable doing live sessions to promote the brand.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Able to work full-time in our Kajang office.
