QA Technician

Job Description:

• Conduct a root cause analysis and coordinate with the relevant third party to address the rejection issue.
• Collaborate with the Production team to develop strategies and carry out inspections during inbound and Production processes.
• Take proactive measures to implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues, preventing their recurrence.
• Conduct fundamental quality control training sessions for personnel working in QC and Production departments.
• Evaluate the outgoing quality inspection process and improve it by providing essential inspection tools, templates, or gauges to enhance overall quality.
• Forge strong communication lines with suppliers to address quality issues throughout the supply chain.
• Present clear reports to management, outlining quality trends, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Additional ad-hoc tasks by Management and the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in technical, engineering, or related field.
• With a minimum of one (1) year of working experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for tracking and creating records.
• Excellent organizational skills, time-management, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
