Job Description

As an Accounting & Corporate Services Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in company secretarial, accounting, and administrative tasks. You'll support the team in daily operations and learn how to manage statutory and tax submissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing board resolutions and minutes of meetings
  • Update and maintain statutory records and company information
  • Support document filings with SSM (MyCoID, MBRS) and LHDN (MyTax, stamping)
  • Organize and label company files and documents
  • Assist in preparing accounts for the company and clients
  • Perform tax computations and assist in form submissions (P, BE, B)
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and calls

Requirements

  • Undergraduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Eager to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines under supervision
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice (preferred)
