QC Admin

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented QC Admin to join our team at SEIKO TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD in Perai, Penang. As a QC Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards of our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct quality inspections and testing on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
2. Ensure all quality control documentation and records are accurately maintained
3. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes and procedures
4. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues
5. Participate in the continuous improvement of our quality management system
6. Provide administrative support to the quality assurance team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
3. Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams
6. Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations
7. Familiarity with quality management software and data analysis tools
