Job description :

  • Assisting the pharmacist in all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, providing patient counselling, and maintaining accurate records
  • Offering nutritional advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed choices about their health and wellness
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to develop and implement educational programs and events that promote healthy living
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to ensure you provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Actively participating in the pharmacy's continuous improvement efforts to enhance the customer experience
  • Stock receiving, stock checks and stock takes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in pharmacy, nutrition, or dietetics, with experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, allowing you to provide tailored solutions to customer needs
