Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed CSA shop drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD based on specifications, sketches, and site conditions.
  • Work closely with civil, structural, and architectural engineers, as well as other project teams, to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
  • Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and implementation of CSA works throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attend technical, coordination, and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with local authorities and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with building codes, planning requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in all required project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and evaluate method statements, work procedures, checklists, and inspection & test plans (ITPs) related to CSA works.
  • Update, revise, and improve CSA drawings based on feedback, site changes, and design amendments.
  • Ensure all CSA drawings comply with industry standards, codes of practice, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to CSA drafting or coordination.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related fields.
  • CAD drafting certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum experience in CSA drafting, preferably within construction, building, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural principles.
  • Familiarity with other design software such as Revit, Navisworks, or SolidWorks is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
