We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Marketing Officer/ Executive (Mandarin-speaking)

Job Summary

Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned market segment by promoting & organising marketing activities , as well as maintaining good rapport and long term customer relationship with existing clients and provide new clientele opportunities .

Job Responsibility

  • To meet or exceed sales (number of medical check up) targets ; achieve maximum sales in assigned market segment through Medan and Jakarta.
  • To sign up new insurance agency in Medan and Jakarta.
  • To organise major event and health talks.
  • To collate database and to target every market segment by promoting competitive medical check up package.
  • To increase market share by identify any new market segment in from internationally.
  • To plan each day/week/month ahead before event date for public awareness/ registration.
  • To maintain customer profiles and present professional image.
  • To analyse and monitor data & reports to Head of Marketing / CEO.
  • Supports the marketing and promotional programme to publicize and promote various activities, events and / or items of the hospital.
  • To establish network for increasing participation of all concern in such programme.

Requirement

  • Candidate must be able to deliver the performance results by achieving sales targets as well as to perform marketing initiatives as assigned.
  • Proficient with digital marketing skills (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc).
  • Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekend and public holidays.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel whenever required.
  • Able to commence immediately is an advantage.
