Position : PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Job Description:

a) To review & determine staff training & development programmers, both in-house & external.

b) To determine statutory bodies issue such as department of Inland Revenue, EPF, SOCSO,

Immigration, MPSA, and etc. are implemented as per Government Act.

c) Managing employee relations such as workers compensation and industrial relations.

d) Formulation & Implementation of administration & personnel policy & procedures.

e) Administration of matters relating to visitor pass employment pass, visa applications for expatriates.

f) Administration of matters relating to employees & staff attendance, medical, insurance, confirmation, resignation & termination.

g) Maintenance of staff appraisal system for salary revisions promotions.

h) Check and prepare the payroll of the staff for Executive levels & above.

i) Review monthly EPF, Socso contributions and schedule Tax Deduction (STD) are pay according to the Regulation.

j) To interview select & recommended on staff requirement for Asst. Managers level and above.

k) To review yearly budget, manpower and investment plan for Personnel department.

l) To incharge and promote Internal Control activities from MJA to MMA for implementation.

M) To conduct interview for yearly promoted staffs from Executive Level to Senior Manager

N) To in-charge of Responsibility Business Alliance (RBA)

O) To in-charge of Company Annual Event (Annual Trip, Dinner, Long Service Award and year refreshment, etc.,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM9,500.00 per month
