·       Required to conduct valuations of properties.

·       The job predominantly involves report, site inspections, as well as liaison with clients, banker and solicitors.

Requirement:

·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Valuation/Property Management/Real Estate Management or equivalent.

·       Preferably candidates with at least 10 years of working experience in the related fields.

·       Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu (Verbal and written).

·       Possess good marketing skills and able to interact with people of all levels.

·       Possess own transport and willing to travel.

·       Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
