We're Hiring: TCM Pharmacy Assistant/ TCM Assistant

You'll support our practitioners, assist patients, and help maintain the highest standards of care and service. If you're dedicated, attentive, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to grow in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Herbal Preparation & Dispensing

Assist T&CM pharmacist in selecting, checking, and preparing raw herbs

Prepare decoctions, powders, and herbal formulations under guidance

Package, label, and maintain herbal products with care and accuracy

Organize inventory, track stock, and replenish supplies on time

2. Patient Support & Treatment Assistance

Assist practitioners with acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and herbal therapies

Provide pre- and post-treatment care to ensure patient comfort and safety

Translate and support communication between foreign practitioners and patients

Guide patients throughout their consultation and therapy journey

Set up and maintain treatment rooms and materials

3. Centre Operations & Customer Service

Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients

Support documentation, patient records, and daily admin tasks

Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene in all treatment areas

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations

4. Learning & Development

Expand your knowledge of TCM herbs, properties, and correct usage

Stay updated on treatment techniques and service protocols

Develop professional competency while enhancing patient care
