About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Lecturer to join our academic team, specializing in MBA (Information Technology). This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a Master's in IT or related fields who have a strong interest in teaching and mentoring future professionals in the tech and business domain.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for MBA (IT) students.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and student assessments.
• Guide students in academic projects, research, and presentations.
• Participate in curriculum design and continuous course improvement.
• Support departmental academic and administrative duties.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive, and professional learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Passion for teaching, learning, and student engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff and management.
• Foreign applicants under dependent pass (spouse pass) are welcomed.
