Job Description- Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical construction works for manufacturing facilities.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise installation of power distribution systems, lighting, control panels, and other electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and local regulations.
- Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance during construction phases.
- Manage manpower allocation and equipment utilization effectively.
- Oversee procurement and timely delivery of electrical materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in advanced manufacturing or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
