Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Driving company vehicles to chauffeuring Top Management, staff, clients, guests &

materials to various locations in comfortable & safe manner.

2) Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicles. Perform daily,

pre & post-trip company vehicle inspections & ensure that the company vehicles are

maintained in excellent condition, clean, and safe.

3) To maintain the cleanliness of exterior and interior of the vehicle(s), e.g. washing &

vacuum the vehicle(s) periodically.

4) To keep record service record & carry out general maintenance & deliver the vehicle(s)

to a workshop when necessary.

5) Deliver and collect documents, parcel or other items as assigned by the company /

Superior/ Manager.

6) Able to work irregular / flexible days and hours or even during weekend Saturday &

Sunday, Public Holidays & midnight if required.

7) Handle some administrative tasks such as banking, mailing & other office errands as

assigned

8) Providing support with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying & running

errands.

9) Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.

10) Able to travel outstation when required.

11) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior/ Manager.

Job Type: Contract
