Description

We are looking for a Talent Engagement Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives, enhance workplace culture, and ensure a positive employee experience. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to boost employee morale, increase retention, and foster a strong sense of belonging within the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, leadership teams, and employees to create engagement programs that align with company values and business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities. 
  • Organize events such as town halls, rewards & recognition ceremonies, cultural celebrations, and social responsibility initiatives. 
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Work closely with leadership to create a positive work environment and strengthen employer branding. 
  • Support internal communication efforts by developing newsletters, employee updates, and engagement campaigns. 
  • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture. 
  • Monitor key engagement metrics such as retention rates, employee satisfaction, and participation in engagement programs. 
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR leadership when necessary. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and talent management. 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or talent management. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees at all levels. 
  • Creativity in planning and executing engagement activities. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and internal communication tools. 
  • Analytical mindset to assess employee engagement data and implement improvements. 
  • Passion for building a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experience.
