Key Responsibilities

As an IT Trainer, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (online and/or in-person) to diverse learner groups
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops, real-world project-based learning, and assessments.
  • Design, update, and enhance course materials, learning activities, and assessments
  • Customize content to meet industry standards and learner needs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve curriculum quality
  • Provide learner support and monitor progress throughout the program
  • Collaborate with the academic and operations team to ensure high-quality program delivery
  • Stay current with trends and technologies in your area of expertise
Candidate Profile

We're looking for individuals who bring both expertise and passion for education:

·       Bachelor's degree or professional certification in relevant IT field(s)

  • Proven experience in training, teaching, or instructional design (corporate or academic)
  • Strong command of subject matter in one or more of the listed areas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt content for different learning levels and formats
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for online instruction
  • Passion for education, commitment to innovation, learner success, and continuous improvement
