Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily data entry of accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) and prepare documents such as invoices, bills and vouchers.

  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, petty cash and month-end closing tasks

  • Maintain accurate financial records, organize filing systems, and support audits when required.

  • Provide General Admin (GA) support including answering calls, handling mails/couriers, and managing hardcopy and electronic filing.

  • Carry out clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning and printing.

  • Support HR, Payroll and Admin documentation, including staff records and wages.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or admin is preferred

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

  • Familiarity with accounting software (AutoCount) is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team
