Are you an IT student eager to apply your technical knowledge in a real business environment?

Join My License Consultancy, a professional firm specializing in business license applications, factory licensing, foreign worker permits, and employment pass services.

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to assist in developing and maintaining our internal business systems, supporting automation projects, and providing technical support to our team.

This internship offers valuable exposure to business system setup, ERP concepts, and workflow automation. You will get hands-on experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, which help companies manage core business processes such as:

• Operations and workflow management

• Data and report management

• Resource planning and tracking

• Automation of repetitive tasks

Working with ERP systems will give you a strong understanding of how IT supports business efficiency and decision-making.

What's your Responsibilities?

• Assist in system setup, configuration, and data management

• Support simple programming or automation tasks to improve workflows

• Provide technical support for software and tools used by departments

• Help identify and troubleshoot technical or system issues

• Assist in maintaining system documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Basic knowledge of Python or any programming language

• Interest in ERP systems, databases, or business process systems

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and in a team
