They are seeking a
hands-on, people-oriented Supply Chain Leader
who has experience building teams, setting up processes, and leading end-to-end supply chain functions.

Job Description — Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager

Role Summary

The Supply Chain Lead oversees
end-to-end supply chain operations
including procurement, demand planning, forecasting, logistics, warehouse management, vendor management, and continuous improvement.

The role is central to ensuring supply continuity, optimizing processes, and supporting expansion across Malaysia and the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth.
  • Lead and mentor teams across procurement, logistics, warehouse, planning, and CI.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and new product launch planning.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Oversee raw material & packaging procurement.
  • Secure reliable suppliers and manage negotiations for cost efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors (Mandarin speaking is a bonus).

3. Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Oversee demand planning and forecasting accuracy.
  • Ensure alignment between procurement, production, and sales to avoid stockouts or overstock.

4. Warehouse & Logistics

  • Lead warehouse operations and nationwide distribution.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, efficient handling, and timely deliveries.

5. Process Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Implement lean principles with CI team.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, product, finance, and retail operations.
  • Support store openings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

7. Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and grow the supply chain team from seniors to fresh graduates.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years in supply chain (FMCG strongly preferred).
  • Proven leadership and people-management experience.
  • Strong warehouse & inventory background (MUST HAVE).
  • Experience in building teams or setting up supply chain processes.
  • E-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
  • Mandarin is a Must

  • Proficiency with ERP, supply chain tools, and forecasting systems.
