Position:

Drafters / Detailers

Responsibility:

  • Prepare fabrication drawings, flat patterns, bend sequences, and CNC-compatible files
  • Interpret client sketches, structural drawings, and specifications.
  • Apply correct bend allowances, bend deductions, K-factors, and material behavior considerations.
  • Ensure drawings are manufacturable for the specific bending machines available.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and machine operators for design feasibility.
  • Revise and update drawings based on client or supervisor feedback.
  • Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), revision notes, and quality documentation.

Qualification:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a CAD Drafter/Detailer in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing.
  • Experience preparing fabrication drawings, flat patterns, and CNC files for press brakes or laser/waterjet cutting machines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
