About the Role:

As our Operation Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You'll be involved in warehouse activities, coordination, process improvements, and supporting various departments under our group of companies. This role is perfect for someone who wants more than a desk job — someone who wants to be part of real company expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operational tasks, especially within the warehouse
  • Manage stock movement, documentation, and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning, executing, and problem-solving
  • Support new projects and company-wide initiatives
  • Provide on-site operational support when needed
  • Identify issues early and offer practical, hands-on solutions
