Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup, layout planning, and production system construction of the new factory in Malaysia.
  • Manage the entire production process of home appliance products, including production planning, material control, procurement coordination, manufacturing execution, quality control, and delivery.
  • Develop production management systems and SOPs, ensure implementation, and maintain safety and efficiency.
  • Lead PMC (Production & Material Control) activities, optimize inventory management, and coordinate with local supply chains.
  • Build and train local production teams, promote cross-department collaboration, and achieve cost and quality targets.
  • Liaise with China headquarters and local partners to ensure production meets both group standards and Malaysian regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Science field (BSC or above).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of production management experience in home appliance or electronics manufacturing, with familiarity in procurement, PMC, and end-to-end production operations.
  • Experience in factory setup or production line establishment from scratch is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6Sigma, or similar tools; strong data analysis and team leadership skills.
  • Adaptable to multicultural work environment, responsible, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
