BAHAGIAN FARMASI

1. Pengurusan Stok Ubat-ubatan dan Peralatan Perubatan

  • Memastikan ketersediaan ubat-ubatan veterinar yang mencukupi dan sesuai dengan keperluan pesakit.
  • Menguruskan inventori ubat-ubatan dengan melakukan pengiraan stok secara berkala
  • Menjalankan pemeriksaan terhadap tarikh luput ubat dan membuat pesanan semula untuk memastikan stok sentiasa mencukupi.
  • Bekerjasama dengan bahagian pengurusan operasi untuk mendapatkan ubat-ubatan dan bahan-bahan lain dalam kuantiti yang diperlukan.

2. Penyediaan dan Pengedaran Ubat

  • Menyediakan ubat berdasarkan arahan doktor veterinar, memastikan dos yang tepat diberikan kepada pesakit.
  • Memberi arahan yang jelas kepada klien mengenai cara pengambilan ubat dan potensi kesan sampingan

3. Pengurusan Rekod Farmasi

  • Menyimpan rekod ubat-ubatan yang dikeluarkan kepada pesakit dengan tepat.
  • Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai penggunaan ubat dan stok kepada pengurusan klinik.

4. Pematuhan Undang-undang dan Peraturan:

  • Memastikan semua prosedur pengendalian ubat-ubatan mematuhi peraturan farmasi yang berkaitan.
  • Memastikan keselamatan dalam penyimpanan ubat-ubatan yang memerlukan kawalan khas seperti ubat terkawal.

BAHAGIAN MAKMAL

1. Pelaksanaan Ujian Diagnostik

  • Menjalankan ujian diagnostik makmal seperti analisis darah, najis, air kencing, dan sebagainya.
  • Mengendalikan mesin dan peralatan makmal seperti Ultrasound, X-ray dan Endoskopi.

2. Pengurusan Peralatan Makmal

  • Menyelenggara peralatan makmal secara berkala untuk memastikan semua peralatan berfungsi dengan baik.
  • Mengadakan latihan kepada staf klinik lain mengenai penggunaan peralatan makmal jika diperlukan.|

3. Penyimpanan dan Rekod Keputusan Ujian

  • Menyimpan rekod keputusan ujian dengan sistematik
  • Menyediakan laporan lengkap keputusan ujian untuk membantu doktor veterinar.

4. Pematuhan Prosedur Keselamatan

  • Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan dalam mengendalikan bahan kimia dan sampel biologi.
  • Mengurus pembuangan sisa makmal dengan cara yang selamat dan sesuai mengikut peraturan alam sekitar

KOLABORASI ANTARA FARMASI DAN MAKMAL

  • Bekerjasama dengan doktor veterinar dalam menyelaraskan ujian makmal dan pengeluaran ubat.
  • Memberikan pandangan kepada doktor veterinar mengenai potensi interaksi ubat-ubatan.
  • Menyediakan sokongan kepada klien dengan penjelasan tentang keputusan ujian makmal yang berkaitan dengan ubat-ubatan.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
