Senior Planner

Responsibilities:

• Tracks and proactively identifies risks and leads risk management;
• Must know to operate MSP or Primavera P6
• Identifies resource dependencies and coordinates with other Team Leaders to identify and negotiate the most effective resolution;
• Maintains project schedule and plans to manage cost, schedule and performance.
• PMP certification or equivalent in the required project management methodology.

Requirements:

• Provide planning support throughout the life cycle of a project from preparation of tender schedules, method statements and detailed works programs through to delay analysis.
• To assist Project Manager in realistic overall planning including scheduling & monitoring.
• Update work programme progressively to suit the progress requirement and liaise with the consultant and client.
• Formulation and preparation of program analysis to support cost and time claims in relation to delay recovery measures.
• Preparation, assessment and negotiation of extension of time claims utilizing forensic delay analysis techniques.
• Competent in collecting, compiling, recording and tracking of event that important for Delay analysis and preparation of explanatory narratives regarding claims for extension of time, prolongation and disruption matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
