Company Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. You will play an important role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring smooth financial processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including payments, invoicing, and financial record maintenance.
  • Handle data entry for accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger (GL) transactions.
  • Review and prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and assist in generating financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants and management during audits, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Monitor company expenses and highlight any irregular or high-cost transactions.
  • Assist with tax-related matters and liaise with external auditors when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or a related role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
