Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Melaka for an Autoclave Specialist. The Autoclave Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining autoclave equipment used in the manufacturing and processing of composite materials. Daily tasks include monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of autoclave cycles, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and working closely with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency. Adherence to safety standards and process guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of autoclave operations and maintenance, with a strong understanding of process controls and parameters.
• Technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment, including familiarity with mechanical and electrical components.
• Experience in quality assurance and compliance to ensure best practices and adherence to industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience in the aerospace or composites manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or related fields are preferred.
