Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our motorcycle sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is enthusiastic about motorcycles and the lifestyle that comes with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle based on their needs and preferences.
  • Explain motorcycle features, specifications, and benefits to customers clearly and confidently.
  • Handle inquiries in person, via phone, and online (social media, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and necessary documentation for motorcycle sales.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Work with the marketing team to support promotions, events, and test ride activities.
  • Ensure showroom motorcycles are clean, well-presented, and ready for display.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on new motorcycle models, promotions, and market trends.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about motorcycles and the automotive industry.
  • Pleasant personality, neat appearance, and customer-friendly attitude.
