Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation who are currently undergoing a transformation and are looking for a Senior Test Analyst  to join the team.

The role revolves around designing, executing, and managing test activities to ensure software meets business requirements and is free of defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Test Plans, schedules, and execution reports within the project timelines.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Oversight of accurate logging, managing of defects, the preparation of daily summary reports and test results for all relevant project stakeholders
  • Driving for the timely sign off of all test documentation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular testing progress reports.
  • Successful delivery of testing efforts in respect of schedule, cost, and quality
  • Ensuring that the team's daily goals and activities are clearly defined and prioritized.
  • Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing

Key Requirements:

  • Hands on experience as a Test Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Salesforce testing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defect management logging, tracking, reporting, and retesting.
  • Experience in both automated and manual testing
