About Our Client

Our client is a leading construction company in Johor Bahru, committed to delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing?
  • Supervise Site Activities: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they align with schedules and drawings.
  • Manage RFI Documentation: Handle site RFI documentation, prepare RFI and pipelog, and coordinate with sub-contractors.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and control the quality of construction works, ensuring they meet project specifications.
  • Site Reporting: Monitor site progress, prepare daily and regular site reports, and report any discrepancies or delays.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure work quality and safety regulations are complied with, and carry out regular site inspections.
  • Team Coordination: Arrange meetings with workers and sub-contractors to match targeted schedules and resolve site matters.
  • Client Liaison: Attend project site meetings and technical meetings with clients or consultants, and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure fit-out works are carried out according to drawings.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractors and site progress, and communicate site issues effectively with contractors and authorities.
  • Leadership: Lead and supervise site workers, ensuring smooth operations and supervisory works at the project site.
  • Technical Skills: Read architecture, civil and structure, plumbing drawings, and possess basic AutoCAD skills.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced Professional: At least 1 year of experience in plumbing, water reticulation and sewerage field, with ability to use dumpy level to take level measurements.
  • Site Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of paperwork (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with sub-contractors, workers and authorities.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to lead and supervise site workers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve site issues promptly, ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in monitoring site progress and preparing detailed site reports.
  • Client Interaction: Comfortable attending project site meetings and technical meetings with clients or consultants.
