Our team is what makes us part of Bb.What This Role Looks LikeWe're looking for a talented, responsible, and proactive designer to our company's visual output for the next 6 months (and hopefully much longer). You will consistently prepare:Retail visuals for online store & offline cafés (banners, shelf talkers, menu boards, website assets, etc.)All special campaign & project visualsCoffee bag labels, info cards, stickers, and packaging elementsYou will also:Independently source and manage your own printing suppliers (labels, stickers, info cards, etc.)Maintain 100% consistency and high quality across every single assetTake full ownership of every task — we trust you to treat every design like it represents the entire brandHandle ad-hoc design requests whenever needed (fast turnaround is part of the game)You'll work closely with the founders and marketing lead in our small, tight-knit team that lives and breathes coffee every day.Who Thrives HereStrong, clean portfolio with proven retail/F&B experience (even 1–2 years is fine)Expert in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop — speed + pixel-perfect filesHighly responsible & consistent to all tasks (having a true sense of ownership)Comfortable sourcing printers and negotiating the best prices/quality in MalaysiaWarm, communicative, and excited to grow with a young specialty coffee brandJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Student jobContract length: 6 monthsPay: RM RM50.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:Meal allowanceMeal providedApplication Question(s):Portfolio link or attachment【attach G Drive link】How many years of graphic design experience do you have?【
