We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit project progress claims, valuations, and final accounts

  • Attend site visits and project meetings

  • Assist other departments whenever required

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time

Qualification & Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field

  • At least 2 years relevant working experience

  • Proficient in computer literacy with Microsoft Office

  • Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)

  • Possess own transportation and a valid driving license (D or B2)

  • Able to handle assigned tasks independently, organized, systematic, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive attitude, high initiative, and good teamwork skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
