IT Business Analyst – SAP Sales

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Hilti Fleet Management is a strategic service offering designed to help customers manage their construction tools efficiently. As an IT Business Analyst – SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), you will be responsible for translating business requirements into sustainable, value-adding solutions. A core focus of your role will be to shape and implement Order to Cash (OTC) processes on the latest SAP ERP S/4HANA Public Cloud platform. You will develop a deep understanding of Hilti's business processes and IT landscape, contributing to user stories that reflect the full end-to-end user journey. Working in an agile environment, you will actively support backlog refinement, testing, and issue resolution. Additionally, you will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle - from monitoring solution adoption and providing support via ServiceNow, to managing tickets and troubleshooting issues. You will also contribute to the global Business Analyst community by sharing knowledge and continuously improving our ways of working.

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education.
• 2+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP module SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), preferably S/4HANA Public including interfaces with other systems (e.g., SAP Subscription Billing)
• Experienced in working with software development tools (i.e., Atlassian stack, JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, self-motivation, quick learning agility, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment.
• Strong proficiency in the English language, an agile mindset, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to embrace change & new technologies.
