Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategic planning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company events to promote products and services.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry (fresh graduates are often considered for junior positions).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM12,000.00 per month
