Working Location:

  1. Based in Segamat

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Manager on the day-to-day mill operations, troubleshooting and controls.
  2. Lead palm oil mill's maintenance by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing and improving maintenance programs.
  3. To ensure safety measure are practiced at all department.
  4. To ensure all authorities regulation are adhered.
  5. To plan daily operation of the mill.
  6. To liaise with workshop department on preventive maintenance.
  7. To liaise with lab pertaining to quality and inspection.
  8. To supervise works carried out by production, lab workshop and security department.
  9. To communicate/motivate workers for improving productivity.
  10. Assist in MSPO & MSPO SCCS Certification.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Possess leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
