Position: Café Waitress

Location: THE WAREHOUSE 1957 (RESERVE COZYTAINER SDN BHD)

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and make recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and dining areas are clean and well-organized.
• Handle billing, process payments, and operate POS systems.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in café opening and closing duties.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on requests or issues.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards at all times.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

• Previous F&B or café experience is an advantage (not compulsory).
• Pleasant, friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotation.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Team player with positive attitude and good work ethics.
