Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent service to customers while handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
  • Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of shifts.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum PT3/SPM or Diploma.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be punctual, honest, and reliable.
