About the role

We are seeking talented IT Analysts to join the Mewah Group, a leading global agribusiness and consumer foods company. This is a full-time position based in Selangor, Malaysia, with opportunities in both Pulau Indah, Klang and Pasir Gudang, Johor.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and systems
  • Design and develop technical solutions to address business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT systems and applications
  • Provide ongoing support and optimisation of existing IT systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps
  • Assist with the management of IT projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and system design
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies
  • Understanding of agribusiness or consumer goods industry is preferred
