Job description:

Responsibility:

  • Perform full cycle of recruitment & selection including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required
  • To support and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Responsible in processing timely and accurate monthly payroll including submission of all statutory reports such as EPF, Socso and Income Tax.
  • Checking and verify employees' monthly overtime and expenses claims.
  • Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action, such as investigation, disciplinary letter issuance, grienvances, domestic inquiry (DI).
  • To review, update Employee Handbook and ensure employees understand and comply with the HR policies and procedures.
  • Hiring, onboarding, orientation, training and development.
  • Performance Appraisal and Reward Management.
  • Handling HRDF application and claim and employees' Socso claims.

Requirements :

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Employment Act 1955 (EA 1955) and other relevant Malaysian labor laws.
  • Meticulous, accurate and able to maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,300.00 per month
