In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our beloved four-legged clients, ensuring they look and feel their best. Based in our modern salon in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall wellbeing and beauty of our furry customers.
What you'll be doing
- Perform a full range of grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets according to client preferences and breed standards
- Carefully handle and groom animals of various sizes, temperaments, and needs with patience and care
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners and addressing their concerns
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe grooming environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained
- Stay up-to-date with the latest grooming techniques, trends, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
- Pet Stylist CERT LEVEL C or above
- Able to complete full grooming independently
- Strong online aesthetic judgment
- Careful, responsible, and polite
- Basic Mandarin communication skills
