We're expanding our operations in Labuan, Malaysia, and are now hiring two permanent team members to support our 24/7 trading environment:

• 2 Day Shift Staff: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (office-based in Labuan)

Key Responsibilities:

Server Monitoring

• Monitor real-time trading systems (MT4, MT5, bridge platforms) for anomalies or disruptions.

• Ensure smooth trade execution and prompt issue resolution.

Risk Management

• Monitor client trading activity for exposure, margin utilisation, and concentration risk.

• Execute A-Book/B-Book client allocation in line with internal risk parameters.

• Reconcile trade and position data across platforms (MT5, Bridge, LPs).

• Identify and escalate high-risk clients or suspicious activity.

• Perform end-of-day PnL and exposure reviews, flagging material shifts.

• Assist in managing hedging logic and execution via bridge/LP.

• Review risk management alerts to ensure strategy adherence.

• Maintain accurate internal records for client grouping, book transitions, and hedge coverage.

Daily Operations

• Complete key tasks such as trade and LP reconciliations, alert clearing, and reporting.

• Respond to incidents and issues promptly to minimize disruption.

• Provide internal support to the CX team on customer trade enquiries.

Integration & Documentation

• Support the addition of new trading products, symbols, and infrastructure.

• Document operational and risk processes; develop training material as required.

Ownership and Escalation

• Take ownership of assigned projects or operational functions.

• Escalate urgent issues to the Group Head of Client Operations

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, trade support, or risk analysis (FX/Margin FX preferred).

• Familiarity with MT4/MT5, liquidity bridges (e.g. Centroid), and trading platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication in English.

• High attention to detail and commitment to procedural integrity.

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure to A-Book/B-Book risk models.

• Experience working with trade surveillance or risk alert systems (e.g. Tapaas).

• Understanding of leverage, margin stop-out rules, and LP margin usage.

• Knowledge of crypto, indices, and commodities in addition to FX.
