Academic Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health / Security or any related field

1. Perform as part of SAG team member and secretariat to the SAG. (For HQ, refer to SRT)
2. Assist in incident and accident investigation as per SAG protocol
3. Perform and execute as independent personnel in oversight of SMS programs and activities at the Base on behalf of the SMS Manager
4. Seek advice from the SMS Manager for any concerns in relation to safety policy, risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion
5. Support the HSESM, and execute all work as directed by the HSES Manager
6. Provide HSES Program and SMS Plan at the base level supporting HQ Corporate Safety
7. Perform risk register review and exercise on activities, projects, and services
8. Monitor base HSES activity and communicate any changes or updates to legal and/or other SMS related requirements at Base
9. Provide recommendations on HSES and SMS related issues for continuous improvement
10. Execute Base ERP drills and exercises and provide a report to HSESM
11. Provide training on SMS and HSES-related subjects to personnel at the base and the contractor
12. Carry out risk assessments, JHA, and issue PTW for related work.
13. Provide safety awareness training at the Base level. Provide safety awareness training at the Base level.
14. Record keeping and trend analysis.
15. Liaison with Clients, CAA, and other relevant authorities.
16. Perform all additional functions as directed by HSESM/SQAGM.
