We're looking for a trusted partner in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and clarity across the group. As Assistant Finance Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in the backend of finance, while also supporting leadership with accurate reporting and insights that guide business decisions.

You'll work closely with the Group Finance Director and internal teams, gaining exposure to both the technical and strategic sides of finance. What You'll Do
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including group consolidation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to internal teams when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and governance requirements.
  • Support audit and tax activities.
  • Mentor and supervise finance staff where required.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Familiarity with SQL Accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
