We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems. He/She will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and expertise in deploy solutions of various technologies. An ideal candidate would be both highly knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Communication skills must be exceptional to succeed in this role, including the ability to develop and deliver clear and highly useful presentations. Superior technical expertise in all relevant areas is a must, as is an aptitude for problem-solving.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software, server and network.
  • Provide technical support to end users, on-site and/or via remote access and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Ensure security and privacy of all computers and network.
  • Record and maintain IT asset inventory, software and software licenses.
  • Ensure the smooth running of IT systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Evaluating business processes and identify area of improvement.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT operations.
  • With experience in implement and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Familiar with Windows Server, Hyper-V and Network infrastructure.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills, details, and independence.
  • Possess own vehicle and able to work over time (if required).
  • Speaking different languages or dialects will be a bonus.
