Your Role & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Experience

  • Welcome and serve guests with warmth and enthusiasm, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that makes every visit special.
  • Engage with customers to take orders, learn their preferences, and offer great recommendations.
  • Handle customer feedback or inquiries with positivity and professionalism.
  • Keep the dining area inviting, clean, and comfortable for all guests.

Operations & Food Preparation

  • Learn and master all stations, from grilling and prepping to plating, ensuring every dish meets myBurgerLab's standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain consistency and excellence in every order.
  • Use operational tools like checklists, timers, and thermometers to stay efficient and accurate.
  • Keep the kitchen organized and spotless while adhering to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Promptly report any safety, equipment, or maintenance issues to your supervisor.

Who We're Looking For

  • Able to communicate in English and Malay (bonus if you can speak Mandarin or Tamil).
  • Open to Malaysian citizens. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
  • No prior experience needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Responsible, punctual, and quick on your feet.
  • Positive, cheerful, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
