ASSISTING IN PERFORMING MEASUREMENT, PREPARING MEASUREMENT REPORT & PROPER FILING OF MEASUREMENT/ ANALYSIS REPORT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- PERFORM FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION, PREPARE FAI REPORT FOR CUSTOMER & DO PROPER FILLING OF FAI REPORT
- PERFORM MEASUREMENTS / TESTING AS PER MEASUREMENT/ TEST REQUISITION
- PERFORM MEASUREMENT SYSTEM ANALYSIS
a) VARIABLE GR & R FOR EACH MESURING EQUIPMENT ONCE AFTER CALIBRATION
b) VARIABLE GR&R FOR NEW PART MESUREMENT
c) ATTRIBUTE GR&R FOR NEW EMPLOYEE WHO PERFORM COSMETIC INSPECTION
- TO MONITOR THE SPC (X-bar, R CHART) FOR CRITICAL DIMENSION
- TO PERFORM/ MONITOR THE MFI TEST
- COORDINATE & ARRANGE FOR EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION
- VERIFY TO ENSURE PROPER CALIBRATED IDENTIFICATION & TRACEABILITY TO STANDARD.
- IN CHARGE FOR PROPER FILING OF CALIBRATION REPORT/CERTIFICATE
- ASSIST IN PERFORMING LAYOUT INSPECTION AND FUNCTIONAL TEST ONCE PER YEAR FOR AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AS PER SPECIFIED IN THE CONTROL PLAN-ENSURE PROPER DOCUMENTATION & FILING OF RELEVANT TASK PERFORMED
- ENSURE THE QUALITY & ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM PROCEDURES AND WORKINSTRUCTIONS BEING IMPLEMENTED ACCORDINGLY
- PERFORMING JOB ACCORDING TO COMPANY POLICY INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
- REPORTING PROBLEMS OR DEVIATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL TO THE MANAGEMENT.
QUALIFICATION
BACHELOR DEGREE / DIPLOMA / TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE IN RELATED FIELD
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2 YEARS WORKING IN RELATED FIELD
SKILL
- GOOD COMUNICATION SKILL AND ABLE TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY
- BASIC INSPECTOR KNOWLEDGE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
