PROTEGE PROGRAM

PROTÉGÉ aspires to give Malaysian graduates the knowledge and experience they need to succeed in the corporate sector. The eight-month program combines intensive soft skills classroom instruction with on-the-job training opportunities, providing real-world knowledge and experiences that establish a solid basis for future success

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience and complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned business unit/operation unit/support unit.

  • Participate in learning opportunities and engagement activities.

  • Observe and learn from experienced staff members on day to day operations and tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Malaysian citizen only.

  2. Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree from any local or foreign higher learning institution that is recognised by the Government of Malaysia.

  3. Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

  4. Obtain CGPA 2.7 and above (or equivalent).

  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  6. Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.

  7. Strong team player, self-motivated, driven and willing to learn.

  8. Preference will be given to fresh graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed.
