Wok Chef
to join our culinary team.

Role Description

As our Wok Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality stir-fried dishes that complement our dim sum. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to maintain consistency, speed, and flavor in every dish that leaves the wok station.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Wok Chef in a Chinese or Asian cuisine setting
• Strong knowledge of wok techniques and stir-fry fundamentals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
• Passion for Asian flavors and culinary excellence
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably Mandarin-speaking
  to facilitate communication with kitchen staff and suppliers
